Two cases of distinctive, multiple, solid lymphangioma of spleen are described. Both lesions occurred in young Chinese females who presented with pain and a mass in the left upper quadrant of the abdomen. The nature of this lesion is discussed and we believe that it is basically a malformation with proliferative capacity. We are not aware of any similar case reports in the English literature.
本文描述了两例脾脏独特的多发性实性淋巴管瘤。两例病变均发生于年轻中国女性，表现为左上腹疼痛和肿块。本文讨论了该病变的性质，我们认为其本质上是一种具有增殖能力的畸形。我们未在英文文献中发现任何类似病例报告。
