Results of the treatment of 120 patients with general diffuse pyoperitonitis are described. In the complex treatment the peritoneal dialysis and forced diuresis with controlled hemodilution were used. Of 86 patients 18 died. In the treatment of 16 patients the peritoneal dialysis was not used. Eleven patients died. The best results were obtained when the complex of medical measures included the peritoneal dialysis combined with forced diuresis and hyperbaric oxygenation.
本文描述了120例弥漫性脓性腹膜炎患者的治疗结果。综合治疗中采用了腹膜透析以及控制性血液稀释下的强制利尿。86例患者中有18例死亡。16例患者的治疗未采用腹膜透析，其中11例死亡。当综合治疗措施包括腹膜透析联合强制利尿和高压氧治疗时，取得了最佳效果。
