Report on a fibrosarcoma of the right ventricle in a 70-year-old woman. The tumour was diagnosed by autopsy. Clinically were of importance the chronic insufficiency of the right heart, in the ECG the low voltage, a bifascicular block and a subepicardiac lesion in the area of the anterior wall. Roentgenogram of the thorax and the laboratory findings corresponded to a massive cardiac decompensation. The cytology from the effusion of the pericardium which often occurred gives a possibility of making a diagnosis intra vitam, if it is thought of a cardiac tumour.
70岁女性右心室纤维肉瘤病例报告。该肿瘤经尸检确诊。临床上重要的表现为右心慢性功能不全，心电图显示低电压、双分支阻滞以及前壁区域的心外膜下病变。胸部X线片及实验室检查结果符合严重的心功能代偿不全。若考虑心脏肿瘤，心包积液的细胞学检查常常能够在生前做出诊断。
