The present study was performed to investigate the coping modes of 43 adult hemophiliacs. The individual experiences of the patients were taken into account by the biographic method. The evaluation was managed according to a categorial system which is primarily oriented at the "Daseinstechniken" as defined by Thomae (1968). Referring to the situative classes of "illness", "fields of education and profession" and "contact sphere" the patients' reaction patterns were more specific to the situation than to the personality. All in all "accepting the situation" turned out to be the most frequent form of reaction.
本研究旨在调查43名成年血友病患者的应对方式。通过传记法考虑患者的个人经历。评估是根据一个分类系统进行的，该系统主要以托马埃（1968年）定义的“生存技术”为导向。参照“疾病”、“教育和职业领域”以及“接触范围”的情境类别，患者的反应模式对情境的特异性高于对个性的特异性。总体而言，“接受现状”是最常见的反应形式。
