[Diagnostic possibilities by penetration tests (author's transl)].

Described in this paper is a new penetration chamber in which to test the penetration capacity of spermatozoa in cervical mucus. The technique has proved to be highly suitable for penetration testing practice and is likely to provide valuable information for diagnosis.
