[Imaging of lipoma of the pericardium].

Pericardial lipoma is a benign mediastinal tumours. Its location into the pericardial space is well demonstrated by MRI or CT if pericardium is visible; otherwise, diagnosis is evoked on the displacement or compression of cardiac cavities.
