Abstract
Five cases of vascular ring are presented. Three cases have double aortic arch and two cases have right aortic arch with aberrant left subclavian artery. Other congenital heart diseases are complicated in four cases. MRI was useful for the evaluation of tracheal and esophageal compression.

本文报告5例血管环病例。其中3例为双主动脉弓，2例为右主动脉弓伴迷走左锁骨下动脉。4例合并其他先天性心脏病。MRI有助于评估气管和食管受压情况。
