[Prognostic significance of the results of measuring skin capillary permeability in the terminal stage of lower limb ischemia].

The paper outlines a procedure for evaluating distal extremity microcirculation, which consists in exposing the examined skin area to negative pressure and in recording the electric resistance of the area in question prior to and after exposure, the permeability of skin capillaries is judged from the value differences. Its predictive value was assessed in patients with terminal lower extremity arterial ischemia.
