Quality assurance means ensuring that the right things are done in the right way from the outset and without fail. It is in professional interests to follow up, evaluate and continually attempt to improve preventive and health promotion efforts. In the article an account is given of some concepts, systems, models, methods and working procedures that are used for follow-up, evaluation and development in different fields. Examples are given of the practical applications, above all within the fields of disease prevention and health promotion, booth at the individual and population levels. The aim is to determine the applicability of such endeavours.
质量保证意味着从一开始就确保以正确的方式做正确的事，且万无一失。跟进、评估并持续努力改进预防和健康促进工作符合专业利益。本文介绍了一些用于不同领域的跟进、评估和发展的概念、体系、模式、方法及工作程序。文中给出了实际应用的例子，尤其是在疾病预防和健康促进领域，包括个体层面和群体层面。目的是确定此类工作的适用性。
