A case of spontaneous regression of multiple pulmonary metastases from renal cell carcinoma in a 58-year-old woman after a right radical nephrectomy is reported. Two years after the operation the patient is in good general condition and has gained weight. The clinical aspects of this phenomenon are discussed.
