Synthesis of four analogs, containing D-amino acid residues, of the tripeptide immunosuppressor Lys-Arg-Pro is described. In addition, acetyl and amide derivatives of this peptide were synthesized. Biological effects of all peptides were studied using a delayed type hypersensitivity (DTH) test. It was found that incorporation of D-amino acid residues in definite positions of the peptide chain gives the substances with immunosuppressive activity. A strong immunosuppressive activity was observed also for all-D-analogs (D-Lys-D-Arg-D-Pro).
本文描述了三肽免疫抑制剂Lys-Arg-Pro的四种含有D-氨基酸残基的类似物的合成。此外,还合成了该肽的乙酰化和酰胺化衍生物。使用迟发型超敏反应(DTH)试验研究了所有肽的生物学效应。结果发现,在肽链的特定位置引入D-氨基酸残基可得到具有免疫抑制活性的物质。对于全D-类似物(D-Lys-D-Arg-D-Pro)也观察到了很强的免疫抑制活性。
