In this report we describe, herewith, a patient with primary pigmentary dystrophy of the retina (retinitis pigmentosa) associated with unilateral retinal arteriovenous communication and exudative retinal detachment. The patient had complete resolution of the retinal detachment following laser photocoagulation treatment. Such association has not been previously reported.
在本报告中，我们特此描述了一名患有视网膜原发性色素性营养不良（色素性视网膜炎）的患者，该患者伴有单侧视网膜动静脉交通和渗出性视网膜脱离。经激光光凝治疗后，患者的视网膜脱离完全消退。此前尚未有过这种关联的报道。
