Abstract
The estimation of plasma cortisol is carried out in daily practice by numerous laboratories. The use of commercial kits permits a specific, sure and relatively precise estimation. Two kits are studied; the results obtained are compared with those given by a method of measurement of fluorescence. Economic assessment together with estimation of the risks due to manipulation of radioactive substances permit one to judge the relative value of these methods of analysis.

许多实验室在日常工作中都会进行血浆皮质醇的测定。使用商业试剂盒可以进行特定、可靠且相对精确的测定。对两种试剂盒进行了研究；将所得结果与荧光测量法给出的结果进行比较。通过经济评估以及对放射性物质操作相关风险的评估，可以判断这些分析方法的相对价值。
