Abstract

Dysphagic patients present with swallowing difficulties that should be precisely localized and quantified in order to provide a specific rehabilitation. This paper describes a simple yet complete videofluoroscopy protocol with emphasis on each step of the swallowing process, in order to assess sequentially the physiopathology of the involved organs. A comparison is also established between the videofluoroscopy results and the specific rehabilitation to be cared by the swallowing pathologist.

吞咽困难的患者存在吞咽困难，应精确确定其位置并进行量化，以便提供特定的康复治疗。本文描述了一种简单而完整的视频荧光吞咽造影检查方案，重点关注吞咽过程的每一步，以便依次评估受累器官的生理病理学。还对视频荧光吞咽造影检查结果与吞咽病理学家提供的特定康复治疗进行了比较。
