[Initial axonal degeneration in the pulp of deciduous teeth].

Initial stages of the regressive process on the nerve fibers can be found already in the pulp of deciduous molars of children about the age of four till five. The axonal degenerative changes can most distinctly found at the contact-sides of the axons and the fibroblasts and concern as well the axolemma as different organelles of the axoplasm too.
