Abstract
The last decade has seen dramatic developments in the management of ventricular arrhythmias, with new ideas about antiarrhythmic drug therapy and a growth in the use of implantable device therapy. This article reviews these changes and aims to provide a straightforward guide to the current management of ventricular arrhythmias.
