By tests on six patients with recurrent urticaria it could be demonstrated that it was caused by an allergy against Peru balsam. Different reaction types seem to have been responsible for the occurrence of the urticaria. Cross reactions with different other substances, mainly luxury food and stimulants, play a particular part.
通过对6名复发性荨麻疹患者的测试，可以证明该病是由对秘鲁香脂过敏引起的。不同的反应类型似乎是荨麻疹发病的原因。与其他不同物质（主要是高档食品和兴奋剂）的交叉反应起了特别重要的作用。
