Abstract

We report the unusual and very rare association of achalasia with deficient tear production, which is probably an autosomal recessive inherited syndrome. The diagnosis of achalasia was confirmed by radiologic, endoscopic and endosonographic studies and the absent tear production by Schirmer's test.

我们报告了贲门失弛缓症与泪液分泌不足这种不寻常且极为罕见的关联，这可能是一种常染色体隐性遗传综合征。贲门失弛缓症的诊断通过放射学、内镜检查和超声内镜检查得以证实，泪液分泌不足则通过施密特试验确诊。
