Abstract
The effects of lethal and sublethal doses of ionizing radiation on structural and functional characteristics of erythrocytes membranes was studied. Statistically reliable increase in K+ escape from cell and decrease in membrane potential. Model membranes made of phospholipids extracted from irradiated membranes exhibit increased ion permeability. Radiation induced changes in some membrane phospholipids content were revealed.

研究了致死剂量和亚致死剂量的电离辐射对红细胞膜结构和功能特性的影响。从统计学上看，细胞内钾离子逸出显著增加，膜电位降低。由从受辐照膜中提取的磷脂制成的模型膜显示出离子通透性增加。揭示了辐射诱导的某些膜磷脂含量的变化。
