Abstract
OBJECTIVE
Report of two uncommon ocular manifestations of relapsing polychondritis (PR).
METHODS
A 53 year-old woman presented with a uveal effusion. Diagnosis of PR was made 17 years later. A case of PR in a 41 year-old man is reported. The ocular manifestation was a pseudotumor of the lacrimal gland.
CONCLUSION
The relapsing polychondritis must be known by the ophthalmologists. The ocular manifestations of this uncommon disease are significative and inflammatory.
摘要
目的
报告复发性多软骨炎（PR）两种不常见的眼部表现。
方法
一名53岁女性出现葡萄膜渗漏。17年后确诊为PR。报告一例41岁男性的PR病例。眼部表现为泪腺假瘤。
结论
眼科医生必须了解复发性多软骨炎。这种罕见疾病的眼部表现具有重要意义且为炎症性。
