Abstract
A patient was treated by tendon grafting following division of both flexor tendons of a digit. The graft was removed because of infection and a silicone rod was inserted in spite of the suppuration. After the replacement of the implant by a new tendon graft, the final result was satisfactory and the patient recovered good function.

一名患者在一根手指的两根屈肌腱断裂后接受了肌腱移植治疗。由于感染，移植的肌腱被取出，尽管有化脓情况，还是插入了一根硅胶棒。在用新的肌腱移植替换植入物后，最终结果令人满意，患者恢复了良好的功能。
