Two cases of total subglottic stenosis of the larynx and of the upper segment of the trachea following an automobile accident and a prolonged endotracheal intubation are presented. Both were observed in ENT Department of Pomeranien Medical Academy in Szczecin during the years 1991-1992. In both cases the ring of the cricoid cartilage and upper segment of trachea was excised and the primary thyrotracheal anastomosis was performed. The functional results of the treatment in either case was satisfactory.
本文报告两例因汽车事故及长期气管插管后导致的喉及气管上段完全性声门下狭窄病例。两例均于1991 - 1992年期间在什切青的波美拉尼亚医学院耳鼻喉科接受观察。两例均切除环状软骨环及气管上段，并进行了一期甲状腺气管吻合术。两例治疗的功能结果均令人满意。
