Two girls, a 11- and 15-year-old are presented with a history of recurrent episodes of vomiting, failure to gain satisfactory weight and dysphagia secondary to an idiopathic achalasia of the esophagus. Attention is drawn to the functional pathology, symptoms, diagnostic procedures and several treatment options.
两名女孩，分别为11岁和15岁，有反复呕吐、体重未得到满意增长以及因特发性食管贲门失弛缓症继发吞咽困难的病史。文中提请注意其功能病理学、症状、诊断程序及多种治疗选择。
