Abstract

A 43-year-old female patient complaining with odynophagy since a month and a half without response to the medical treatment is presented. The pharynx exam showed an asymmetric swelling in the right tonsillar surface and the radiology provided evidence of calcareous concretions as responsible cause of the picture.

一名43岁女性患者，自述一个半月来吞咽疼痛，药物治疗无效。咽部检查显示右侧扁桃体表面有不对称肿胀，影像学检查证实钙质结石是造成此症状的原因。
