Two cases of visceral aneurysm are reported, one of the splenic artery and another of the gastroepiploic artery. The reason for the publication is the rarity, especially of aneurysms of the gastroepiploic artery, and because of the unusual presentations as upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage and hemoperitoneum respectively. The splenic artery aneurysm was diagnosed by CAT scan and the gastroepiploic one during emergency laparotomy because of the hemodynamic disturbance.
本文报告了两例内脏动脉瘤病例，一例为脾动脉瘤，另一例为胃网膜动脉瘤。发表这篇报告的原因是其罕见性，尤其是胃网膜动脉瘤，以及它们分别表现为上消化道出血和血腹这种不寻常的症状。脾动脉瘤通过计算机断层扫描（CAT）诊断，而胃网膜动脉瘤则是在急诊剖腹手术中因血流动力学紊乱而被诊断出来。
