A case of hepatic epithelioid hemangioendothelioma (EHE) is presented. Plain and conventional enhanced computed tomography (CT) showed a low density region and capsular retraction in the liver, but not clearly. Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) showed peripherally extending low density region on T1-weighted images, but not clearly. CT during arterial portography (CTAP) clearly demonstrated the characteristic peripheral extensions and capsular retractions of this tumor.
本文报告一例肝上皮样血管内皮瘤（EHE）。普通及常规增强计算机断层扫描（CT）显示肝脏有低密度区及包膜回缩，但不清晰。磁共振成像（MRI）在T1加权图像上显示有周边延伸的低密度区，但也不清晰。动脉门静脉造影CT（CTAP）清晰地显示了该肿瘤典型的周边延伸及包膜回缩。
