We successfully cultured human fetal and bovine glomerular endothelial cells by cell cloning and maintained seven passages. The glomerular endothelial cells were identified by indirect immunofluorescence method. We found that the fetal and bovine glomerular endothelial cells could produce factor VIII related antigen, fibronectin, type IV collagen and laminin. The extracellular matrixes in the cultured supernatant were determined at various stages. The results showed that the glomerular endothelial cells could produce extracellular matrixes steadily without any stimulating factor.
我们通过细胞克隆成功培养了人胎儿和牛肾小球内皮细胞,并传代培养了七代。采用间接免疫荧光法对肾小球内皮细胞进行鉴定。我们发现胎儿和牛肾小球内皮细胞能够产生 VIII 因子相关抗原、纤连蛋白、IV 型胶原和层粘连蛋白。在不同阶段测定培养上清液中的细胞外基质。结果表明,肾小球内皮细胞在没有任何刺激因子的情况下能够稳定地产生细胞外基质。
