[Secondary amenorrhoea in a case adrenocortical tumour (author's transl)].

The paper reports on a rare case of a secondary amenorrhea caused by a tumour of the adrenal cortex. The exact preoperative diagnosis, the therapy and the further postoperative control are discussed.
