Developing wound evaluation tools.

This article considers the results of a small project to improve wound care by developing two evaluation tools to encourage succinct and logical recording of wound details. The development of the tools--one for open wounds and one for closed wounds--is outlined and the authors discuss the results of a trial carried out in the community.
