Abstract
The authors report one case of multiple and bilateral cerebral hydatic cysts in a eight years old child. The disease was revealed by cranial hypertension signs, with homonymous hemianopsia. The diagnosis was based on the cerebral CT scan, and confirmed by surgical operation which was performed in two stages. The evolution was uneventful.
