Abstract
A case of monomorphous tubular salivary gland adenoma of the middle ear is presented. Ectopical tissue of salivary gland is conceived as a morphogenetic disturbance and is closely related to the n. facial. Case-taking, therapy, topogenesis and morphology are discussed.
