[Occlusive pneumatosis cystoides intestinalis of the left colon. Which therapeutic approach to choose?].

A rare case of colonic occlusion due to cystic pneumatosis required surgical cure. The problems related to the pathogenesis and, especially, the therapeutic approach to this disease were emphasized.
