[Chronic sphenoid sinusitis].

The endoscopic intranasal surgery for sphenoid sinusitis enables the complicated surgical procedures simple. In our series, most cases (53) are sphenoethmoid sinusitis. The isolated sphenoid sinusitis is rare in clinical practice.
