Abstract
The correction with glasses of the eyes with aphakia determines for most patients difficulties in distance realization, modification of the visual field, instability, headaches. Many patients (27-40%) cannot accommodate to the new condition. The up-to-date possibilities for correcting the aphakia with contact lenses, implant surgery and epikeratophakia need deeper knowledge of the optical conditions of the eye with aphakia.
摘要
对于大多数无晶状体眼患者而言，佩戴眼镜矫正会导致远距离视物困难、视野改变、视物不稳定及头痛等问题。许多患者（27%-40%）无法适应这种新状况。目前使用隐形眼镜、植入手术和角膜表层镜片术矫正无晶状体眼的方法，需要对无晶状体眼的光学状况有更深入的了解。
