Abstract
Results of 2652 operative interventions made to the patients with diseases of hepato-pancreatoduodenal zone organs were analysed. In 2.7% of patients relaparotomy was conducted. The abdominal cavity abscess and peritonitis (56.1% of observations) were the most frequent cause of repeated intervention. Lethality was 17.8% and formed the greatest one in peritonitis and intraabdominal hemorrhage.

对2652例肝胰十二指肠区器官疾病患者进行的手术干预结果进行了分析。2.7%的患者进行了再次剖腹手术。腹腔脓肿和腹膜炎（占观察病例的56.1%）是再次干预最常见的原因。死亡率为17.8%，在腹膜炎和腹腔内出血患者中死亡率最高。
