[Experimental-clinical substantiation of the use of atraumatic suture material "metallatravm" in the surgery of bile ducts].

High efficacy of home sutural material "Metallatravm" application while biliary anastomoses creation was proved in experiment on 180 white rats. One-layer extramucosal interrupted suture application proved as a long-term one. In 35 patients with biliary ducts obstruction high efficacy of applied material was noted. Ligature cholelithiasis and stenosis recurrences were not observed.
