An infrequent clinical case with spontaneous uterine rupture in a 14 weeks primigesta with symptoms and signs of hemoperitoneum with hypovolemic shock. The emergency laparotomy revealed 2,000 ml of hemoperitoneum and a rupture of depth of 5 cm the diameter with fetus alive in the inner. Ovular emptying and histerorraphya were carried out. Biopsy in the edge of the uterine rupture revealed placenta increta.
一名14周初孕妇发生自发性子宫破裂的罕见临床病例，伴有腹腔内出血症状和体征及低血容量性休克。急诊剖腹手术发现腹腔内有2000毫升血液，子宫破裂深度为5厘米，直径大小不一，胎儿存活于子宫内。进行了清宫术和子宫修补术。子宫破裂边缘活检显示为胎盘植入。
