With the introduction of modern techniques in plastic surgery, severe injuries concerning the extremities and scalp are now amenable to surgical treatment. Successful reimplantation of the scalp either total or partial have been rarely reported in the literature. We treated a patient with avulsion affecting 2/3 of the scalp, the right ear and a cutaneous flap on right side of the face. We report here the initial care and operative procedure. The avulsed scalp was revascularized through microanastomoses of the temporal artery and vein. The reimplantation was well succeed and cosmetic results were satisfactory.
随着现代整形外科技术的引入，现在四肢和头皮的严重损伤都可以接受手术治疗。文献中很少报道全头皮或部分头皮成功再植的病例。我们治疗了一名头皮撕脱伤患者，其头皮撕脱面积达三分之二，伴有右耳及右侧面部皮瓣撕脱。在此，我们报告该患者的初期处理及手术过程。通过颞动静脉显微吻合使撕脱的头皮重新获得血供。再植手术非常成功，美容效果令人满意。
