The changes in spinal motility have been studied in 30 patients with Bechterew's disease after application of a kinesitherapeutic complex (exercise and massage). All spinal portions have been investigated before and after actively performed movements. The data obtained has been processed statistically using variation analysis with Welch's modification and approximation. Significant changes have been found in spinal motility after completion of the kinesitherapeutic complex. A year-long course of therapeutic exercises adjusted to activity of the inflammatory process is recommended.
对30例贝赫切特病患者在应用运动疗法综合治疗（运动和按摩）后脊柱运动性的变化进行了研究。在主动运动前后对脊柱的所有节段进行了检查。所获得的数据采用经韦尔奇修正和近似处理的方差分析进行统计学处理。运动疗法综合治疗完成后，脊柱运动性有显著变化。建议进行为期一年的根据炎症过程活动情况调整的治疗性锻炼疗程。
