[Type differentiation of V. fetus and V. bubulus by using fluorescent antisera].

Obtained were type-specific fluorescent vibrionic antisera for the laboratory identification of Vibrio fetus strains. They produced positive fluorescence only with the homologous strains, and did not react with the heterologous strains. This showed that the sera were strongly specific. Their use is suggested for the differentiation typing of the Vibrio strains.
