Pathomorphogenesis of radioulnar synostosis which occurred in 4 out of 174 patients treated because of recent and inveterate fractures as well as pseudoarthroses within shafts of forearm bones has been presented. Fractures of both radius and ulna, located at the same level within proximal half, inveterate or neglected, after severe or multiple trauma are at the highest risk of developing radioulnar synostosis.
本文介绍了174例因近期和陈旧性骨折以及前臂骨干假关节而接受治疗的患者中，有4例发生了桡尺骨融合的病理形态发生情况。桡骨和尺骨在近端一半的同一水平处骨折，无论是陈旧性还是未得到妥善处理的，在遭受严重或多发性创伤后，发生桡尺骨融合的风险最高。
