Abstract
A case is presented of haemoperitoneum due to gall bladder perforation during calculosis with cholecystitis. There was no history of earlier abdominal trauma nor haemobilia. Cholecystectomy was performed. The postoperative course was uncomplicated. Cure was achieved.
