Abstract

New variants of occulotympanoplasty employing single and double--T, double--T--supporting prostheses in patients with chronic otitis media are provided. Surgical application of the flat bone and dura mater from human fetus facilitates the operative technique and reduces traumatism of the transplanted appliances. The results obtained confirm feasibility of adjusting the transformation system according to individual morphologic setting and suggest conclusions on superiority of the designs with little persistence, i.e. single and double--T prostheses.

本文介绍了慢性中耳炎患者采用单T型、双T型和双T支撑型假体进行眼鼓室成形术的新变体。使用人胎儿的扁平骨和硬脑膜进行手术,简化了手术操作,减少了移植器械的创伤。所得结果证实了根据个体形态学情况调整转化系统的可行性,并表明了持久性小的设计(即单T型和双T型假体)具有优越性。
