Abstract

The possibility to reduce intoxication of organism in critical burn disease by using application sorbents of the "Dnieper" type was studied. It was found that in acute period of burn disease there occurs resorption of toxic products of middle molecular weight from the lesion focus and accumulation of them in blood resulting in polyvalent alterations of functions of the internal organs. The using of application sorption allows the degree of toxicosis to become 20% less, the course of the wound process and the disease to be improved and to make the time of treatment 55.5% shorter.

研究了使用“第聂伯”型应用吸附剂降低严重烧伤疾病中机体中毒的可能性。发现烧伤疾病急性期会发生中分子量有毒产物从损伤部位的吸收及其在血液中的蓄积,从而导致内脏器官功能的多方面改变。使用应用吸附可使中毒程度降低20%,改善伤口愈合过程和疾病状况,并使治疗时间缩短55.5%。
