Abstract

We tried to define a potential ability of human spermatozoa for fertilization after 3 month preservation of samples in a liquid nitrogen. The functional test were applied: penetration of sperm to cervical mucus ("Penetrak") and sperm penetration to hamster zona-free oocytes. We would like to emphasize that presented way of cryo-preservation in 3 selected media with fast cooling of samples allow to maintain fertilizing ability of spermatozoa and subsequent insemination.

我们试图确定人类精子在液氮中保存3个月后的潜在受精能力。应用了功能测试:精子穿透宫颈黏液(“Penetrak”)以及精子穿透仓鼠去透明带卵母细胞。我们想强调的是,在3种选定培养基中采用快速冷却样本的这种冷冻保存方式能够维持精子的受精能力并用于后续授精。
