Abstract
In two cases, 5 and 2.5 years after hysterectomy and bilateral adnexectomy (myomata uteri, bilateral endometrioid cysts and pelvic endometriosis) endometrioid carcinoma developed. Finding out the endometriosis during operation is an indication for precise removing of its residual and following careful examinations over the period of many years.

两例患者在子宫切除及双侧附件切除术后（子宫肌瘤、双侧子宫内膜样囊肿和盆腔子宫内膜异位症）5年和2.5年发生了子宫内膜样癌。术中发现子宫内膜异位症是精确切除其残余组织并在多年内进行仔细检查的指征。
