[Surgical and microsurgical treatment of middle cysts and fistulas of the neck].

The paper presents the results obtained at the treatment of middle neck cysts and fistulas. Introduction of the surgical microscope contributed to radical dissection of the fistula passages which prevented the disease recurrences.
