Chondrosarcoma of the larynx. A diagnostic and therapeutic dilemma. Chondromas and chondrosarcomas of the larynx are very rare. Differential diagnosis between benign chondromas and the different degrees of malignancy in chondrosarcomas is difficult. Behaviour of chondromatous tumors of the larynx differs from those of the overall head and neck region. A case of chondrosarcoma of the larynx is described. A literature review regarding chondro(sarco)mas of the larynx and the head and neck region is given presented.
诊断与治疗的困境。喉软骨瘤和软骨肉瘤非常罕见。鉴别良性软骨瘤与软骨肉瘤不同程度的恶性病变很困难。喉软骨瘤样肿瘤的行为与整个头颈部区域的不同。本文描述了一例喉软骨肉瘤病例，并对喉及头颈部软骨（肉瘤）瘤进行了文献综述。
