Nasal valve surgery with spreader grafts. A case of nasal valve physiology and pathology is discussed. Possible surgical techniques are mentioned. The open approach using spreader grafts is explained. It gives an excellent view on the interstructural relationship between caudal end of triangular cartilage, the medial crus of the alar cartilage and the cartilaginous septum.
