About three cases of ovarian vein syndrome and a review of the literature, on overall study of this rare entity is done addressing its different pathogenie, clinical, radiological and therapeutic aspects. The authors stress the importance of ureteroscopy with biopsy in order to confirm the diagnosis of the ovarian vein syndrome.
